If one tries to get any information about the Lahaina fire......google or on Duck Duck Go, interestingly so, the only resources that emerge are from New York Times, BBC, CNN, the Guardian, the Atlantic....etc.
hmmm......very interesting.
I literally tried to search through endless articles but those are the ones that only come up.

I’m no fire science expert-but based on location and environment, being a town not in middle of trees, and next to water- how is it people did not have time to get to safety? How did the fire burn so quickly and suddenly? Typically fire warnings give enough time to at least evacuate folks (I know this well from areas such as Tahoe area of California etc....)
I’m just totally flabbergasted at how this happened? Not to minimize tragedy, or those that honestly risked their safety to help those in need....this honestly is like a what the hell happened moment and no one is talking about it anymore.
It is like yet another one of those things that tragically happened in the last 4 years that everyone just agrees is tragic, but then skirt the obvious. Move along nothing to see here folks.
