I always make sure to turn on the ventilation fan over the natural gas stove when I cook anything, even boiling water. Also prob a good idea to occasionally turn on the bathroom exhaust fans and air the home out with windows open.
"......modern lifestyles—especially in gas-powered homes and vehicles—keep us constantly at risk........"
I will NEVER live in a home that is ELECTRIC! Nor own a car/truck that is NOT gas-powered!
When there is a LOSS of ELECTRIC (for whatever reason), I still want to be able to COOK! And more importantly.......NOT FREEZE (in the WINTER)! Besides, MOST houses are WELL VENTILATED.
"Common sources include gas appliances, vehicles in attached garages, smoking (even marijuana), airplanes, boats, and even freshly opened coffee bags."
THIS ^ ^ ^ all sounds like U.N. Agenda21/2030 BULLSHIT! (soon ^ ^ ^ to be BANNED!)
'COFFEE'.......REALLY?!?!?!?! lololol
Yeah.....lets everyone open our new coffee packages, and stick our noses right in the bag/can.....and take a DEEP BREATH! (how RIDICULOUS!). Beside.....pretty much every BAGGED coffee has the little 'vent'.
I smell a Marxist rat selling anti-gas propaganda.

That’s quite possible. As a former 37 year career firefighter in a very busy northeastern city I had numerous exposures to carbon monoxide and I am well aware of the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning, having often experienced the symptoms. I’ve been retired for eleven years. A recent low dose CT scan indicated I have very mild emphysema, but I have no symptoms. The emphysema could be more a result of breathing diesel exhaust particulate from the fire trucks and all the other half-burned crap I had to breathe in, not to mention repeated exposures to asbestos. Has anybody ever thought about why tires need replacement and where did all that rubber go, not to mention the need to repave roads?
He seems to make his living measuring CO levels, so this video might just be promotional. I did not find on his site (https://donnaydetox.com/) any links to actual studies that he has published.
As a child, I was exposed to an unvented gas heater in an overnight stay in a motel. I'm 71 now, and I've been extremely sensitive to many chemicals. I live carefully in an all electric house, unscented everything. I've never made the connection between co poisoning and my chemical intolerance but maybe that was the trigger.

Medical TV shows are more fun.
So are horror movies.
And Holocaust documentaries.

Subcinical COP is probably the most common cause of poisoning in the world. It is so unrecognized there is no telling how many victims there are but there is a very effective treatment: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/51392347_Hyperbaric_oxygen_and_carbon_monoxide_poisoning_A_critical_review#fullTextFileContent
