My grandparents and parents, and many of us of the Boomer era, grew up on good fats like lard. In fact, my maternal grandparents were farmers and lard was the only cooking fat they used, which my grandmother made after they butchered a hog every fall. Lard is used today in much of the cooking in Mexican households and is a wonderful cooking fat. The other fat I use today is duck fat -- talk about YUMMY! All of my family, including myself and my brothers (one of whom is a farmer who raises hogs and cattle), our children were and are very healthy. Most of my family lived well into the 90s or even past 100! It's not real fat that is the problem -- it's the manufactured fat (processed) that is the problem. Start using things like REAL butter, lard, duck fat, and REAL FOOD!
Sunflower oil should be avoided. It is extremely rich in Omega-6 fatty acid and as such alter the mega-3 to omega-6 ratio. Omega-6 promotes chronic inflammation. Omega-3 reduced it. Chronic inflammation is the cause of most diseases. So avoiding sunflower oil and other omega-6 rich oils (cashew, most nuts) should be on the top of dietary recommendation. It's clearly not a good fat to recommend and much much worse than butter.
You guys deserve all the praise. You a long with others have directly impacted my family.
For example, my baby sister was diagnosed with general bile duct cancer, and endometrial cancer I guess, and only given a few months to live. She got involved in Pierre Kory's observational study and is being treated with menbendozole, ivermectin, and a few other drugs, a long with a ketogenic diet and has already outlived the average. She's lost a ton of weight and is feeling great.
In my household we use the dual formulation of D3/K2, and Quercetin/Zinc plus Xlear, and no one is getting sick, and we are in SE Michigan where it's freaking cold right now. So, lots of indoor time.
So, I would just like to say God bless you guys and all you do. Thanks!
Not in the same universe as vaccines. You can choose not to eat seed oils. You can choose not to drink Aspartame.
You cannot not choose not to Vaxx your child and go to school. You cannot choose to not get the Vaxx and keep your job as a nurse, doctor, fireman, soldier.
25 years ago I had an online date with a woman whose profile picture was deceiving. She had to weigh 300+ lbs. We got talking about foods and I mentioned that potato chips tended to stay in the body as fat and she pipe up "you mean I shouldn't be snacking on 2 bags of chips every evening" in a curious tone. Now I knew where the weight gain had come from. She ate two LARGE bags of chips every evening.
Most of chips and french fries are done with sunflower oil. See my comment above. It's very bad for the health. Overweight is also a result of chronic inflammation.
Thank you for all you do. Have y'all noticed that when people endeavor to clean up our food supply, that their sincere efforts take them decades to get a single toxin or ingredient removed (whether HFCS, trans fats, sucralose, BPA or whatever), but there are 40,000 in circulation, according to our vanguard of safety, the EPA?
I don't want to discourage anyone; on the contrary, I hope we can all empower others with knowledge that they can use to take control of their own lives in light of this toxic assault. And I'm giddy with hope that with RFK Jr shining a light on some of the key issues, and people like you carrying the torch, that we are destined to succeed.
I've noticed the roaches are scurrying out of their dark corners, expressing "exasperation" that we dare question the validity of toxins in our diet:
Manufactured "vegetable oils" cause inflammation, diabetes, fatty liver, harm to brain, allergies, increased fat, depression, heart disease. Yet "experts" are "exasperated" that we favor natural fats.
Seed oils and glyphosate (Round up) are the enemy. Carnivore diet saved me from autoimmune hell.
It's true for most seed oils. Very good is flaxseed oil, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acid. Not to bad is rapeseed oil and hemp oil.

I'm totally confused with the chart.....good fats vs. bad fats.
Trans fats are people who don’t like comedian Dave Chappelle. A recent joke from Bill Maher.

One is coerced poison, the other is elective.
Godspeed!

I take linseed oil as a supplement. I know people who cook with canola oil because they cannot afford to buy the healthier oils.

I’m eating a bag of Cheetos now. There are no trans fats listed. That must be an old bag.
Okay, I only bought a small bag of Cheetos ... first Cheetos I've eaten in YEARS. 😩
