The selenium should be selenium yeast. Yeast-organized selenium is more bio-available, and is the form of selenium responsible for maintaining prostate health. Selenomethionine does not have that effect. Talk to Prof. Graham George, U. Saskatchewan about this. You're welcome to use my name.

The average Brazil nut contains 96 mcg but the range can actually be quite higher, perhaps a few hundred mcg. One should avoid taking more than one Brazil nut per day to avoid selenosis (selenium toxicity). Therefore, don’t take any Brazil nuts if taking this Heart Supplement.
