These days, I crave normal. Any fad or fashion, I run the other way. Big glasses, no. Tattoos, no. Dyed (died) hair, no. Flapping pants, no. Fat or anorexic, no. Just plain old normal for me with a side order of common sense, please. She is not normal. Not an iota of common sense under that nonsensical hair. Like we say in Afrikaans: Hou verby, asseblief! I'm right there with you. Just as I ignored the maskers during the COVID craze (and now), I ignore anyone -- especially an adult -- who has spent way too much time creating an outward persona to attract attention, as this gal has. Pierced anything? See ya. Non-natural hair color? Buh-bye. Visible tattoo? Get outta here. All the above is often found on an a-muscular underfed or much more often, overfed body, by the way. There's no better way to advertise you're focused on all the wrong things in life than appearing in public with a desire to shock, surprise or otherwise draw attention to yourself. Life's too short to bother with such people. Shallow and boring and there's not a chance in hell they'll ever ask you a single question about yourself, so self-absorbed are they.

From her bio, it looks like she's barely 40. And she looks really unhealthy. I saw a recent publication on the creation of estrogen in a healthy gut. It led me to wonder if all these vegan and vegetarian diets that lack essential amino acids and healthy fats are damaging hormone production cycles in young adults now. It looks like she's gone through menopause --- my 70 year old cousin had a similar look to her before I made her eat some burgers, her hair started growing back, even at that age.
So, it's really profitable to push bad nutrition and pills because the end result will be the massive ongoing profits from cutting off the genitals of children, who then require constant medical care and pharma to keep them functioning.
One of the things about "gender changing" is that it is impossible. They sell this idea to kids that we can decide our gender, but that is not true. The kids will be lifelong patients. But their lives will not be that long.

People who know that sea levels have risen some 350 feet since the last glacial maximum approximately 20,000 years ago, and that for eons in earlier times the poles were completely ice free, are sometimes called "climate deniers," while people who think it's never been hotter than today are advocates of both climate and The Science™. Similarly, knowing that sex is determined genetically at conception is "gender denying," while making big bucks by mutilating and neutering the healthy bodies of people too young to vote or drink--80% of whom will outgrow their temporary dysphoria--is "gender affirming," even "life affirming."
And like thinking if the Research Lead of some prestigious medical school's latest Section simply styled herself like a conservative talkshow hostess, it would mean she had good personal mental health and phenomenal clinical skills with teens.

I think this is still a great movie and still “relevant” today.
As a grandma with over 3/4 of a century life experience ( and some advanced degrees) I wish I could convey to the “experts” in academia how much fun could be had getting our sex education on the sly- an avenue of naughty delight now denied to a younger generation! As a cradle Irish Catholic I grew up partly pre-vatican II, when this currently accepted and relentless public “scientific” analysis of sexuality was unimaginable. Back in the day, sex was private and a great degree of what could be called “decorum” ( others may have called it shame) surrounding the subject prevailed. I guess we were poor benighted, repressed souls weighted down with a lot of unnecessary anxiety and guilt about something that is “ natural”; and I guess that provided some of the impetus to transform what had previously been a closeted private subject into one acceptable for open public discourse. And I guess now that the academic experts have us so well informed, we are now free from the inhibitions that enslaved us. Well, yes, I guess that’s what happened over the past half century, but to my mind, which was born and bred in ways now totally foreign to contemporary society, I can personally testify that once the academics got a hold of the subject of our education on human sexuality THEY WRECKED IT for the rest of us. No benighted ill informed nun or priest could have done so much damage to something that is so inherently irresistible as the scientific “experts” have done to learning about human sexuality. It was so much more FUN back in the day when it was forbidden fruit and we were all sneaking around and learning about it in the gutter.
And John, I know you said not to attack this academic expert’s looks and I won’t, but I will say this, she doesn’t look like a happy soul. I am not a “expert” but it looks to me like she could use a good chuckle! So I highly recommend the aforementioned, hilarious Some Like It Hot, to her, or anyone else who could use some laughter to remind us that there was, back in the stone age, a take on gender issues and sexuality that was fun and funny.

It is strange indeed that a person with a great interest in sexuality and, presumably, how sexuality presents, is so personally odd.

I think they are getting more company. Surprising how many times in the last couple years my wife and I have had trouble (or couldn't) identify whether someone we had just seen or interacted with was male or female. That simply didn't happen years ago.
Really? Would it make you feel better if she glammed it up with a Barbie-inspired hairsprayed bleach blond and magazine make-up? Like most realator and lawyer billboards now?
What would be going inside of a person that blended right into the professional wallpaper (probably like the surgeons and medical teams doing the mutilation itself, like a Kamala Harris,) while heading up all this garbage? Would you find that acceptable and soothing, and know children were being guided appropriately?

An incorrect diagnosis or diagnoses are being used in my opinion. The horror of body mutilation on these children puts this in a category so vile, it belongs in a category of torture, not medical care in any sense.And the three letter orgs support.
The tragic and diabolical thing about it is that imho - and though of course there are the true believers - it's basically a racket.
